Some of it useless spending and tax cuts and the tax increases on real estate interest deductions for people over 208,000 approx. This is counter productive and will hurt the higher end market. In the case of northern Bergen County that is not a lot of money to live here. Our property, income tax transfer taxes and afforable housing taxes are already far beyond the national averages.
